Frans Vanleeuwen is President of Vanleeuwen, Pye & Associates, Inc. (VP&A) in San Diego, California. He started his career in 1979, trained as a mortgage banking loan officer, being their top producer his first year for a large midwest mortgage firm. In 1983 he founded and became Principal Partner of his mortgage brokerage firm. He obtained his Real Estate Broker license in 1988 and added residential brokerage services for his client base and founded Grace & Company Real Estate. In 2006 he expanded his services in assisting homeowners with loan modification and mitigation services (short sales) with their mortgage servicing lender.

He has managed, funded and closed escrow on 865 million dollars of residential loan and real estate transactions. His extensive experience includes but not limited to:

Grace Credit is a division of VP&A, Inc., a family owned business along with his wife Christine, Administrator, and eldest daughter Ily Noelle, Asst VP.  Kris is a San Diego Fire Fighter & Paramedic and their youngest son, Jon, a graduate of USC and PhD graduate student at Northwestern University in Nueroscience.  Frans loves the ocean, sailing, body board surfer and kayaker.  His lifestyle is around his faith, family and friends.
